Purpose of the role:
  • Management of full permanent recruitment lifecycle.
  • Attainment of consistently higher level of billings in your division.
  • Utilisation of your advanced areas of knowledge to assist in the development of others and encourage best practice throughout the business.
  • Be a point of reference at desk level and provide day to day support to consultants when required.
  • Maintain and continuously develop a high level network of customers (Candidates and Clients) that encourages repeat business for self and others.
  • To work with the management team in the future development and improvement of the company.
  • To lead by example and display best practice and company values at all times.
  • Actively participate in delivering small business improvement projects.

  1. Key Responsibilities
Activities within the Key Responsibilities
Advanced Key Responsibilities & Coaching Utilisation of advanced Key Responsibilities to support the development of Associate Consultants, Recruitment Consultants and Peers on a regular basis to encourage best practice and increase skill capability across the business.
  In conjunction with Company Directors support the recruitment and induction process as new people are assessed and commence employment within the business.
  An understanding of daily activity at desk level in relation to sales performance, current vacancies, activity and general motivation.
Operational Support Attendance to Sales Meetings to discuss desk performance and set short term focus / objectives for consultants.
  Support client recruitment campaigns at second stage via weekly WIP’s as required.
  Facilitate training workshops with colleagues focused on your advanced key responsibility areas.
  In conjunction with Company Directors, when required attend monthly Consultant performance reviews to support any potential issues / areas for development.
Projects and Strategy Work pro-actively with your team in the strategic development of the desk within the industry
  Support Directors in planning and implementing business initiatives as and when required.
  An appreciation of desk performance against targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Business Development Attends new client meetings for self or with Associate / Recruitment Consultants to support learning, ensure a consistent pitch and identify business opportunities for the wider group.
  Develop new business for the wider organisation and where appropriate run the delivery project to support the development of Recruitment and Associate Consultants.
  Active member of bid process during tendering for existing or new clients as a lead Consultant or assisting Directors.
  Continue to develop and enhance your Senior network across your respective discipline through regular communication and meetings.
Job Orders Demonstrates a successful record of securing clients on an exclusive / retained basis regularly.
  Deliver a range of recruitment projects across contingency, exclusive and retained.
Customer Network Effectively manage relationships proactively on a regular basis via both the phone and face to face.
  Able to demonstrate a current extensive network with a planned approach to future development and continuous growth via full utilisation of the TSI sheet and various industry channels.

 

 

 

  Client Relationship Management – identification and development of ‘key’ personal client accounts.
  Utilises customer network to up / cross-sell ALL other CCA divisions wherever possible.
  Attends regular meetings to develop relationships and discuss vacancies within the client operation
Administration and Statistics Ensures that personal CDP folders are completely up to date at all times with required information and stats
  Maintain a finger on the pulse approach to ART’s and progress against mutually agreed targets
  A pro-active approach to improving ART ratio’s through refinement of the recruitment process and achieving the ‘less is more principal’
Financial Performance Achieves agreed financial targets and associated KPI’s
  Regular achievement of ad-hoc actions and targets as agreed in Performance Review meetings
Placement Negotiation and Selling CCA Services Support Recruitment Consultants with fee negotiations as and when required
  Full autonomy to agree commercials with clients if escalated from a Recruitment Consultant
  Support when required with pitching CCA and it’s associated Recruitment Services
Industry and Knowledge Proactively maintains personal knowledge of the contact centre industry through chosen media / resources / contacts
  Shares industry news and potential leads with the business and colleagues
  Regularly attends industry networking events
