CCA are expanding rapidly in our Manchester office

We have been running for 14 years and in 2012 opened outside of London for the first time. The growth has been significant going from 1 to 11 people in less than 18 months. I now have responsibility for Manchester. As such I am looking for candidates to join us who are strong consultants but who can take the team to the next level. The team is a good balance of experienced recruiters and also some new to the industry.

We have been operating in the contact centre industry which remains our core business supporting roles from Board Director to front line across 4 distinct teams. As part of our growth however we are looking to diversify from this core market to establish other revenue streams.

Our Manchester office as stated is at 11 people however is forecasted to become our largest office next year and looking to grow to 25 consultants.
